And any way to lower stress around the holidays sign me up🙌 Greens tossed with apple butter vinaigrette, topped with goat cheese, toasted pecans, pears & pomegranate arils. Apple butter vinaigrette recipe: 1/2c apple butter, 1/4c mild vinegar (think apple cider, champagne, white balsamic or sherry), 1/4c evoo, S&P. Combine all ingredients in a blender. This 5 ingredient appetizer couldn’t be easier to make and highlights my favorite seasonal source of polyphenols…pomegranates😍 Did you know they’ve been proven to reverse signs of skin aging by mitigating oxidative stress and UV damage? But I digress…the recipe for these pomegranate crisps…start with really good feta in brine. Drain it and cut into small cubes. Add chopped kalamata olives, julienned fresh mint, pomegranate arils and a squeeze of evoo.
