The first thing I ever baked from scratch were these brownies…20 something years later and they’re still my go-to recipe. Chewy, fudgy & oh so chocolatey😍 Perfect on their own, prettied up with a drizzle of ruby chocolate and totally OTT with some raspberry whipped cream & boozy cherries. Can easily be made gluten and dairy free🌟 Double Chocolate Brownies Recipe: 1 1/4 c granulated sugar, 1 c AP/GF flour, 1/3 c cocoa powder, 3/4 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp sea salt, 1/2 c melted unsalted butter/ghee, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 c chocolate chips. Whisk together dry ingredients and wet ingredients and then fold the two together. Mix in chocolate chips. Line an 8”x 8” pan with parchment.
